Chris Hope, Chief Operating Officer of One Air, elaborated on the advantageous position of East Midlands Airport for all-cargo operations, citing its abundant slot availability and minimal restrictions on nighttime flights, setting it apart from other airports. The inaugural flight of One Air into East Midlands Airport arrived from Hong Kong over the weekend, boasting an impressive payload of 105 tonnes, symbolizing the airline’s commitment to efficient cargo transportation.
