Alpha Sky Expands Fleet with Two Boeing 757F

Alpha Sky, a prominent cargo airline based in Kazakhstan, has unveiled plans to enhance its fleet by incorporating two Boeing 757-200F aircraft over this year. The carrier disclosed its strategic expansion initiative during the prestigious IATA World Cargo Symposium 2024, which took place in March in Singapore. The maiden Boeing 757F is scheduled to be integrated into the fleet by April, marking a significant milestone for Alpha Sky’s operational growth trajectory.

In anticipation of the arrival of the Boeing 757-200F aircraft, Alpha Sky has initiated promotional campaigns for its air freight services across various social media platforms. Furthermore, the carrier has forged a strategic partnership with Avsoft International to implement tailored training programs for its pilots, encompassing aircraft models including the B737-400 and B757-200.

Looking towards the future, Alpha Sky is strategically positioned to expand its operational capabilities by procuring two additional Boeing 767-300F freighters. This strategic acquisition will enable Alpha Sky to inaugurate scheduled operations connecting Kazakhstan with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), augmenting its regional presence and service offerings.

Headquartered at Turkestan Airport (HSA) with administrative offices in Shymkent, Alpha Sky currently operates a solitary Boeing 737-400F aircraft. Registered under the designation P4-JAG, the airline’s existing fleet is actively engaged in servicing flight routes linking the UAE with various destinations across East Africa, as corroborated by flight tracking data.

Despite encountering airspace restrictions imposed by Somali aviation authorities in January 2024 during a flight bound for Hargeisa, the capital of Somaliland, Alpha Sky swiftly resolved the issues about cargo documentation and resumed flight operations to the destination shortly after that, underscoring its resilience and commitment to operational excellence.
