US-Bangla Airlines, Bangladesh’s leading carrier, has recently enhanced its operational capacity with the acquisition of the second-largest Airbus 330-300 aircraft, signaling a significant advancement in its aviation endeavors.

The Airbus 330-300, newly integrated into the US-Bangla fleet, arrived triumphantly at Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on a notable Saturday morning, following its journey from Guangzhou, China, on April 6th at 5:30 am. With an impressive seating capacity accommodating up to 436 passengers, the latest addition promises to deliver heightened levels of comfort and efficiency to travelers.

In an atmosphere of jubilation, senior officials of US-Bangla Airlines formally welcomed the newest asset, underscoring the airline’s enduring commitment to excellence in service provision and network expansion. The Airbus 330-300 is set to serve key international routes, including destinations such as London, Rome, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam in Saudi Arabia. Initially, it will operate on routes to Dubai, Sharjah, Muscat, Doha, and Kuala Lumpur, providing passengers with seamless connectivity to these highly sought-after destinations.

The introduction of the Airbus 330-300 increases US-Bangla Airlines’ fleet strength to 24 aircraft, comprising two Airbus 330-300s, nine Boeing 737-800s, ten ATR 72-600s, and three Dash 8-Q400s. This diverse fleet configuration positions the airline to offer an extensive range of domestic and international flight options, catering to a variety of passenger preferences and travel requirements.
